Our Standards
NARPRO has established twenty-six tests than an auto repair shop or a auto body shop must meet, concerning certain "tests" the shop must pass. These tests measure technical expertise, business ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction. There are specific requirements the shop must uphold and promises the shop must pledge to keep before earning a NARPRO recommendation. Examples of these standards are having a 95% customer satisfaction rating (test), trained and certified technicians (requirement) and honoring NARPRO's warranties (promise).
