NARPRO's mission is to build an association of highly competent, trustworthy, independent, community-minded auto repair shops that we can confidently recommend to consumers.  By holding our members to strict standards for certification, and by providing strong guarantees to consumers, we intend to elevate the public's perception of the independent auto repair industry.
